ladies,am i a good fiance?
I tell her (name) i love you with all my heart and i am ever thankful the day you stepped into my life. buy her flowers, candy, stuff toy. give her a massage. listen to what she has to say, listen to her problems without trying to solve them for her. take her out for a romantic picnic under the stars or by the beach. write her poems, songs or a romantic letter or email. call her on the phone to let her know that im thinking of her.spend time with her instead of going out with friends. compliment her on her looks, cooking,etc. give her a kiss. watch girly movies with her and hold close when the sad part comes on. im understanding to her feelings and i try to be nice if she feels upset or is having one of those mood swings.
I am not like this every day. some things are done every once in a while so i can surprise her.hehe. i do not do this on a daily basis.
any advice for me? :)

Well, there will be varying answers. Each lady is different. I know you said you do not do this everyday but you sound like one of those men that are 'too good to be true' I would say no, for me personally. You would get on my nerves. But that is just my opinion. Why don't you ask her if there is anything that you could do for her? That way you'll know if you are or aren't doing the right stuff! Hope I helped. -a-

Hello! Yes! I like the poems and romantic letter writing idea.
You must be her dream man. You could remind her how wonderful she is more often, maybe not with all the gifts. Telling her that you are a lucky guy even on a daily basis is nice.

I think you would be a good fiance,but i don't eat candy
and i like only fake flowers.and i would be greatful you came in to my life as well,but keep looking for the right
girl you'll find her someday and you'll both be very happy
together. and i love poems plus i love geting e-mail's
and letters from friends if i had any i love cooking
etc.

My advice for you is to make sure you are doing this from the heart..not just to impress her..and by all means when you and she exchange the wedding vows...mean it..and love and cherish her for the rest of your life...the honeymoon does not need to be over in the first year of marriage..you sound like a great guy...good luck..and hope you have a happy future

I think things are easier said than done. Saying you love her and cherish the day she came into your life is easy....But showing her how much you love her and showing her how much you love that day she was a part of your life....now thats difficult. Kinda like....making yourself believe more than she does.....well now make her believe more than you do....Thats something worth being in a relationship for. Make every day a different and exciting day....and make sure in some suddly...relaxed way...you let her know she's the reason your happy...the reason your there.

yea you sound great as long as your not doing all of this constantly, because then it would get annoying and seem like your trying too hard. But you gotta let her know that your doing this because you love her and not because you think thats what she wants. But you can't say it to her you gotta tell her without words. If you know what I mean. It's hard to explain.

Just continue this for the rest of your life if this is something to enjoys otherwise she'll really reget it when it all stops after you say I do. Intoduce her to the best from of all Jesus Christ. Become involved in church if you aren't already and grow in Christ as well as in your relationship with her.

yes you seem like a great catch. you remind me a lot of my hubby we are so happy together. its funny because you look at him and he's so rough looking, he's in a band for crying out loud! but he knows how to make me happy and i do the same for him in return.
