In the hope that some of you will actually read this, when asking for computer help have the decency to ad details such as, what operating sytem you are running! Questions like, my usb isnt working, my mail has a problem, my browser is slow, etc . We need to know items like, what are you using for e mail? Which browser are you using? You want honest accurate answers then give details!

Comments? Okay let me start by saying, I run a small shop and am totally honest with my customers. I hate to see people get bilked when it comes to computer upgrades and repair. I enjoy helping people and saving them money. I was simply hoping that some of them would read this post. Maybe Yahoo answers should post a note in some categories stating some rules for posting questions at the heading of the page. Hey good idea dave!

Yea I agree.
I saw this one question today and all it said was "Help me with my computer?"
I almost choked. I think they are just kids either trying to get attention, or they are just too immature to type things out and thinks the computer will read their minds or something.
