All I do is owe and owe. When I have a little money and try to save, another debt just shows up...help!

It usually means that although we get out of debt from time to time the way in which we spend our money does not change. Part of keeping out of debt is changing the way we utilize the money we have. Change our spending habits to match our incomes and you will find that you can stay out of debt a lot easier.

Because it is hard to break habits like overspending and such. Go to http://www.crown.org and ask for help there and they may give you some very helpful suggestions to help you in this situation. It is called Money Matters!

Because society keeps telling us that we need all these things that we really do not need, so we end up overspending.
