I receive poems with pictures. When I download to computer, How do I send them to someone else, if I can?

Just send it to them using email. Go to your email, click on compose and enter the email address.

Then just use the "ADD ATTACHMENT" option to browse for your files and then just add it.

Then you can just click send.

How r u downloading it to ur computer. Saving it in your hard disk. If yes means you can attach the image files in your email and send to others.
