yes circumcision is normal. some people do it to themselves and their sons for religious reasons. some people chose to be circumcised for hygienic reasons or tradition. medically speaking, whether one is circumsized or not does not really matter provided personal hygiene is observed. some people claim, however, that an uncircumsized penis is more sensitive than the circumcised one due to the presence of the nerve endings on the foreskin and the fact that the head of the penis is protected by the foreskin so it is not desensitized by constant rubbing with the underwear/pants. in any case, sex in a meaningful relationship is more important than the state of one's penis. cheers!

Lots of guys are circumsized. It's not so popular to have baby boys circumsized in our area anymore, but it's still done. It's also still done in lots of other places. I'd say either way is normal. As for the difference, you'd have to remember to be particular when cleaning yourself and to pull the foreskin back when putting on a condom.

The American culture prefers circumcision. It is the cleanlier thing to do; however, it is ok not to have a circumsized penis. Men who are uncircumsized have MORE feeling and sensitivity in the head of their penis and find sex even more enjoyable. As long as a man washes properly, there is no cause for concern about odor.

Yes it is pretty much recommended to be circumcized because it helps prevent bacteria from hiding under the fore skin.

Circumcision and frenectomy remain the most common surgical procedures performed on young males, predominately members of the Muslim and Jewish faiths, but also the majority of Americans, South Koreans and Filipinos. Try this site it has some really good information on circumcision http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circumcision

No it is not normal all boys are born intact. In fact circumcision is an outdated torture that should be abolished. It does nothing to help the function of the penis and actually loses some of the nerves in the penis. I am intact and love it and I have had no complaints From anybody I have been with. The main thing is to teach the young boys how to keep their penis clean and they will have no hygiene problems and better sex because of the extra nerve tissue

Usually most of the boys in US are circumsized in a week after bith or so, unless parents are against that.

In some countries like Africa where I am from, it is normal - but I do believe these days, it doesn't occur that often anymore

Well, it's not abnormal, if that's the answer you're looking for. It's just less stuff to clean.
