If the question is, "What should they do about the steroid issue?" then the answer is to work toward a test for hGh. Beyond that, they should let the testing program work and see what comes of it.

People should ask themselves this.... If they are so outraged by steroids in baseball why is it that attendance remains at, or near record levels?

People are offended by their sports institutions being soiled... Ruth... Mays... Williams... possibly Aaron. No one really cares about Jason Grimsley using. They are, however, concerned about whether Grimsley will uncover others that matter. No one is terribly concerned about the rank and file.

Ban them completely and use all kinds of tests to identify if someone is using them.A lot of people are afraid that if they test harder for steroids it is going to cause a huge thing in baseball because so many people will be testing positive but who cares. At first there would be a big stir up but I don't care who it is, if someone is taking steroids they don't deserve to be in major league baseball.Them pretty soon it would just be a no brainer...don't use steroids because you will get caught.I think that would really help baseball.

This is only my opinion but I believe they should adopt a "no tolerance" policy for proven use in a player. I think then there would be more thought given to its use when a professional player were to know that their professional career was over with the first proven use of steroids. Steroids are dangerous and unhealthy to use and give an unfair advantage to those who use them and it's just not sportmenlike to play dirty by using steroids.

Ban baseball and keep the steroids for basketball and football. Why all of the stink about just baseball? why can't anyone understand that steroids are used in virtually sport right down to giving them to horses. I think they use them on the chickens for some of the top roosters here on Guam.

If they find a baseball player taking it automatically take him off the team. maybe put his name and picture up on a bullentin board for the other athletes to see kinda like they do sex offenders. If they know they will be embarrased they are less likely to try using it. Take them to visit people who have taken it and now in bad health. Show them videos about it. Give them pamplets. Give them as much information on it and I am sure it will not be so bad.

every player who broke records, Macguire, Sosa, etc and who gained three sizes in a week should have half the records wiped and be permanently banned from the hall of fame. this way no one slides with the race card ot any other excuse.

Ban it completely! There should be spot tests for all players. Let's get back to America's Pasttime and not megabucks for playing a game!

they should get rid of the players who use or used steroids at one time and should do away with the players stats who used steroids who are retired.
