you can go to yahoo.com and download th yahoo toolbar for free(its a good toolbar)...and use the anti-spy remover and it should do it...if that dont work...u can go to control panel under the start button...and go to add/delete programs...and it might be on the list and just delete any thing with the name.....other then that i dont no any other ways
