Emo is a type of music that's associated with Punk rock. The style of clothing is also associated with this (sorta like Goth). Oh yeah, and people who are Emo tend to brood alot...

Emo is really a type of music. People who listen to "emo" music, or emotional music, are stereotyped as Emo. I listen to emo music, it's kind of like alternative punk.

some one you whos all like "no one likes me!" and they whine a TON and tehy wear black, but don't dress black. and they tend to write poetry. and if sumone cuts then they are deffinatly emo
