Just right click on the gif if you see it on a website and click "save file as" and then save it to your hard drive.

Then go to 360 and when it asks you to put a picture in it, browse for that gif file and then you can upload it.

Im not sure if 360 allows you to use gif animated files, so you might have to just use the still image.
