Mad+bored=not a great combination.
With boredom comes excess energies and untamed focus. Combine that with anger and your gonna feel frustrated and concern those around you who care deeply. Whatever may be making you mad rest assured that it is for no reason which is in any way intentional or meant and should any particular one be able to remove that motive to anger he/she would do so immediately.

If anger is acted upon negatively, and idled hands is an evil thing to begin with, then I'd say it equals destruction. If anger is abated, and boredom is quelled by something positive, then it equals bottling up your frustrations until you can longer take the pressure, and you explode in a fit of destruction. Either way, the sum of your moods, stated herein, add up to destruction.

you cannot be mad and bored at the same, boredom infers an emotionless state, mad of course infers an agitated state. Maybe you are after the term frustration.
