They give the money right to the school, you never see the money

You don't get the money, it is sent to the school if you are accepted and the paper work is correct.. Applicants don.t get cash, never did. The loan must be paid back as stated, if not they can attact your tax refunds till paid, it is not to be taken lightly.......

You can get extra money for living expenses over and above tution, but the tuition gets paid directly to the school.

no its not againt the law, but you still have to repay the loan, and if you owe the school you still have to pay them
