Depends, what is the history? Was this the first "phone was off" issue? Could be but trust your instincts....when it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck and walks like one it usually is. Best of luck.

His ringer was off so the chick in bed with him would not hear you calling is what he really meant to say

Wow, isn't that just awful, that he isn't instantly available anytime you take a notion to phone him. Do you keep your phone on and at hand constantly just in case he calls? If yes, then get a life. Your boyfriend can probably give you some tips on how to go about it.

I know things have changed since I dated, which is quite a while. But if a guy likes you he will ring. So stop chasing this guy. The more you ring, the more he won't answer his phone.

Stop chasing him --- let the guy call you --- so many girls call and keep calling --- what's up with all that phone calling --- sounds like a lack of trust to me....

Could be true. Could not be true. He could be cheating. Could not be cheating. Do the same thing to him. Don't answer you phone for 24 hours and see what happens.

He's probably telling the truth. I mean, if he was going to ignore it the first two times, why not ignore it the third too?
