YES. As long as you are already married to that person and are not trying to marry someone different you can. As for the people asking why you would want to do that, they must never have had that love that knows no bounds. I think it's a great idea. But why Washington and Texas? Do you have family in both states? Anyway the best of luck to you both.

Providing the fact that you meet age requirements, I don't see why not, but check with state regulations first regarding marriage laws. If you love your partner that much, go for it! Why stop there? Visit all 50 states and renew your vows in each one!!! Be original! Good luck!
