1 to 3 days after conception. Morning sickness can start as early as the pregnancy and last the entire time you're pregnant. That's unusual though. Most women experience morning sickness only during the first trimester.
If you just had sex last night, and you're nauseous today, it's probably not because you're pregnant.
If you are pregnant, I recommend getting the book "What to Expect when You're Expecting." It's got a lot of great info about the changes your body and your baby are going through.

Judging from my own experience, I didn't get sick until I was around 8 weeks along. But just about everyone is different honey.
If you think you might be having morning sickness you probably need to go ahead and take a pregnancy test, just for safe measure. Goodluck!
