You must understand the humanity exists even in the most foolish and world-bound amongst us. Time is never wasted, but distractions from one's purpose can be especially annoying, I know. These people, unfortunately, will always be with us. When you're finally able to imprint your will completely on everything and everyone around you, on that day these people will become simple pawns in your master-game. First, you have to take away all those silly rules and laws that are there to protect stupid people, like "don't try to beat a train in your car." If you took that away, you'd cleanse the gene pool of a few people.

Lead by example. IYou won't be able to influence all "stoopid" people but if you've affected one, it's worth the effort. Besides, it will keep your stress level down when you're focused on yourself.
