Not sure; it's barely literate, so one could hardly assert that these seemingly randomly-juxtaposed words were "written" in the truest sense of poetry or songwriting. If I had to guess, I would say that it was a monkey who was allowed to play around with a set of those fridge magnets that you can rearrange to make poetry and stuff.
