Open you internet explorer, On the top bar, the second tab from the left, Tools, click that then click "Internet Options..." Near the bottom, click clear history. You will probably want to delete the cookies these sites left behind. Go to My Computer, then double Click on your hard drive (Usually C:/) double click on "Documents and Settings", then double click on your user name, then double click on "Cookies" and delete all the files in there except for "Index"

If Your Running Mozilla FireFox:
1) Tools
2) Options
3) Privacy
4) Clear Browsing History Now

If Your Running Internet Explorer:
1) Tools
2) Internet Options-General
3) Delete History

Looks like someone has been looking at something bad!:> If an expert looks at your CPU, they can tell EVERYWHERE you've been--no deleting that, sorry!

Don't forget to delete cookies too, algo with history and delete files under tools-> internet options->general

These all contain the websites and web addresses you've visited.

Ummmmaaaa....someone's been looking at sites they shouldn't have!

To do a proper clean of all incriminating material you need to download software, eg. history kill or the like...

But the basic is as follows...(in internet explorer)

Tools, Internet options: delete cookies, history, delete files... go to the content tab, Auto complete...

You go to your internet explorer icon, right click on it, then click on clear history...then your done. You can even clear all the cookies from the websight by clicking delete cookies on the same properties page.

Go to Tools in your browser (top of your screen), click >Options, look for the history tab and hit 'Clear History' (in Firefox).

In Internet Explorer hit the tools tab at the top of your browser, click > Internet Options, look for the 'Clear History' button. Hit and done!

in addition to the "history" you also gotta clear the cookies as they also remember where you were....also u need to make sure your downloads don't 'look' for their source by deletig the downloads tooooo
1 more idea...
I have never been caught looking at anything i shouldn't by using McAfee Quickclean. it removes your entire history
