Looks like you need to change your display settings. Click on your START button, then choose CONTROL PANEL, then select DISPLAY, then under SETTINGS tab, you need to change your resolution. I hope this helps :-)

Right Click on the desktop and select properties from the menu.
In the Display Property select the Setting tab.
In the Screen area Slider, dray to rightmost corner (1024 by 768 pixels) and click ok.

If you are talking the whole entire computer, regardless of whether you are using a browser like Internet Explorer, then right click an empty space on the desktop, choose properties, choose settings, and slide the slider on the left to a higher resolution. You get a box that asks if you want to keep the new setting and click yes. 1027x768 is a kind of standard setting.

right click on ur screen,properties,settings,then move the slider up click apply,see if it fits, if not click no when it asks u to save it then move the slider up one space more and so on until it looks good.Then click apply, yes to save and ok. thats how u do it.
