When I log into Yahoo mail with my account and or my dad's. I get this Certificate Warning from Firefox and I.E. It seems ok but fishy. It was issued by Akamai Technologies and known as GTE Cyber Trust Global Root. Any one having this problem or know what is going on? And if you do can anyone tell me what to do about this?

this could be for several reasons:

1) the SSL certificate that is bound to the HTTPS instance is invalid, perhaps expired or has not taken effect yet. this is ok, it means your data is still protected and you are not the victim of any sort of attack.
2) the common name (CN) of the SSL certificate does not match the DNS name. This could be a spoof attack, so you need to verify that what you are trying to connect to matches what the certificate is for.
3) The certificate is not trusted by a CA (Certification authority) that you trust. In that case... it really bears scrutiny. Update your certificat stores from MS or your linux provider. If you still get the message, start looking for malware on your pc.

It seems to be working again. I checked earlier and I was getting the same error message from that company.
But it works. You should try it...
Something to do with YAHOO MAIL.
