A few years ago rumors floated around the fourms, Hollywood, and other places of a Live Action GI-Joe movie. It was gonna have the biggest hollywood casting call in history. Everyone that was anyone was supposed to be in it. The only other movie that woudl haev stood up to that casting call wsa the (originaly planned) Doomsday story of Superman (the original plot before Returns got made)
Does anyone know if they are still talking about a GI-Joe movie?

I haven't heard anything about that, but it would make perfect sense to make the movie. Isn't now the perfect time to make an anti terrorist propaganda movie to boost morale in a time of war? Damn right! And that's what GI Joe is all about-- anti terrorism! Hasbro should finance the film themselves just to rake in the dough from the toys alone. Idiots...

Some good news though, they're already putting together a Transformers movie. Fast cars? Yeah! Giant robots? Sweet! Lazers? "Totally wicked awesome!" Anyway, this is worth best answer right?

Yeah I heard that too .. I heard Van Dame was going to star in it.
