I exercise, eat well and have decide that I will take these pills to lose the weight I gained from contraceptives. I am 5'5, 160, want to get to 140 at least. No lectures, just suggestions on the best kind.

I have tried a lot of different diet pills...some of them worked and some of them didn't. I had gotten to the point that no diet pill would make me jittery and 7 vasopro would barely do anything. Ok...so around feb I decided I wanted to lose like 10lbs(aka winter coat), but the whole cutting back on calories, and upping work outs wasn't working. I ended up ordering Venom by ALRI....well...my 10lbs flew off and turned into 20lbs. The main thing the pill does is supress your appetite...you have to eat...but you are going to have to remind yourself...I am serious. The two things I didn't care much for is that you absolutely should not take it after noon,you won't sleep, and your mouth get super dry. I did notice that I could focus on things a lot better and my energy was outrageous. I believe that they changed the name to Venom Hyperdrive and they now have a pill that goes with it to help you sleep, which I have not tried. I have been off them for about a month and my weight is the same.
I hope I helped...and I am sorry if I upset anyone for seeming pro pill. I grew up on herbal supplements...and have studied the uses/effect of many different herbs...so I tend to think people freak out a little too much when it comes to diet pills(not all of them). Well.....good luck...

If you find that rapid weight loss pill let me know. I've been looking for a way to lose those last ten pounds. In the meantime just simply eat less and exercise more. I lost 20 pounds that way.

Weight loss pills work about as well as penis enlargement pills. THEY DON'T WORK. Stop being fooled by advertising and stupid spam, you're only wasting your money. Go to the gym, exercise, lose weight. No, you won't lose weight just by magical working out for 45 minutes. Consult with a qualified physical trainer and work out a proper plan for yourself.

Remember, the proper exercising requires the proper diet. Starving yourself isn't in your best interest.

Pills don't work. Well, my mom one time took pills like that. On the label it said KEEP REFRIGERATED. But, my mom being, well, my mom, forgot about it and left it on a windowsill (in the summer I might add). She came back to see what had happened to the pills...in the bottle were little worm-type things. What they do is eat away in your stomach. Maybe you should ask a doctor about your weight problem. Honestly, 160 lbs. isn't that much!
