Not. Your anger at your boss is really mis-directed. Look for your responsibility in the matter and see how you can improve. Even if your boss is largely to blame, you cannot change him/her. Believe me, I have tried that for years. The best you can do is your best. If working with your boss is truly getting in the way of your happiness, find another job and then very politely give notice. You never know when somebody might call him up and ask for a reference. Burning bridges is bad for you.
