spray the bolt head with WD40 then wait 10 minutes and try to unscrew the bolt. Make sure you're turning counterclockwise. If that does not work spray it again and heat the head with a propane torch. Next, repeat the above two steps and place a long pipe over the end of the wrench and turn the bolt head using the free end of the pipe to increase the torque. (that is called a cheater bar). If it is still stuck, use a a hotter torch to heat the bolt head (oxy-acetylene for example) but be very careful. use eye protection, a respirator, and welders gloves. If all the above suggestions fail, get to the nearest zoo, borrow a gorilla, bribe the chap with bananas, and have him do it. That should work. Do NOT give him your car keys, he may drive off with your car, or buy a gnu car or call a garage mechanic.

BEFORE you get that plug out, go to the auto parts store and buy a replacement plug. Then, Using a vise grips to lock on the existing drain plug, and a hammer, you "should" be able to get a solid grasp of the plug, and get a good hit on it enough to break it loose. Once that plug is removed, clean the threads around the hole well, before replacing it with the new oil plug. Good luck!

If the vise grips fail, get a nut that will fit over the head (or whats left of it) of the drain plug, and weld it to the plug. Make sure you get a new drain plug first.
