my mom thinks i should just get clip-on earrings. . .?

because she thinks piercing is way too dangerous, so she says i should just get clip ons and be done with it. Every reason i tell her i want to get my ears pierced, she says to just use clips. Like that they will look cute, match my outfits, and stuff like that, she tells me i can just use clip-ons. How can i tell her i need to get my ears pierced for real?

first of all, you don't NEED to get your ears pierced...

to get your mom to come around to your way of thinking, you need to convince her that piercing is safe. Research it. Have her talk to someone (a professional) who has done piercings... they can give the best information on safety, etc.

And if she still won't go for it, just buy some clip ons and be patient. Eventually you won't need her consent to do it.

Dangerous? How old are you? Do you know how many millions of people get pierced ears and have no problems? Clip-ons get lost and are what old ladies wear. Get a few piercings in each ear, your nose and nipples pierced, and you will be fine.

tell your mom that yes getting your ears pierced is riskiy if your not reay for it . i got my ears pierced when i was only 2 months and there perfectly fine now. with clips ons you can lose them and they could also hurt your ear and make you very uncomfterble. with real earings they match with any outfit also

tell her that sooo many other girls are doing it and you wont get piercings anywhere else. make commitments such as doing extra chores for a while or something. that should work. clip ons kinda look fake. many people get it as a baby so why shouldnt you be able to get it done? hope this helps :)
