Trauma may be or a UTI. He REALLY should go see a urologist!

Blood would not be unusual if he recently suffered some trauma or vigorous activity against his prostate. The testicles are not likely the source of the blood, though. If he hasn't fallen or experienced a sharp blow recently, it could be an infection but it would be pretty advanced. Likely, he would have been ignoring painful symptoms from an infection. You should urge him to see a doctor and refrain from sex until he does. He'll go soon enough.

this sounds like you are extending the story. aches are fine, but blood is not something i would like to believe. in any case, both of you could see a doctor to find out who is bleeding.

sounds like a serious problem ...unless he wants to risk being sterile and perhaps impotent for the rest of his life. he better check out with a urologist ASAP!!
