NONE. You're only 13, who's there to impress? Your friends?..I doubt it. Make-up at that age will not only make you look older, BUT it'll age your skin too(especially cheaply made makeups)...wipe that makeup off 20 yrs from now and "AHHHHHHH!!! Who's that in the mirror---my mom or grandmom?!!!" In all seriousness, you're still young, nothing wrong with a simple look...PLUS a lot of guys like it natural;)

The best technique to start with is taking care of your skin.
Keep it clean and cared for. If you're out in the sun use skin block. Use gentle cleansers that don't dry out your skin and light lotions to replenish your skin.
At 13 you really don't need a lot of make up, young people's skin is so much nicer than that of us older folks. I agree with the people who say less is better, lip balms come in colors like lip gloss but also have additional ingredients to care for your lips. Blush should be lightly applied in a color that matches your skin tone - then wipe about half of it back off, this keeps your face from looking painted. If you go for eyeliner, go for a pencil type, they come in an array of colors and young skin is firm enough to make a steady line at the bottom edge of your lashes from the outside in, use your fingertip or a soft cloth to gently smudge, you want a shadow here not a line. Eyeshadow should be simple, you can get away with just a hint of color on the bottom lid, just enough to enhance the color of your eyes. Mascara, only if you need it and make sure that you throw out old eye makeup after 6 months, after that it can increase your risk of an infection. Hope that helps!

Don't do anything overly dark or dramatic, it looks gothic or slu*ty depending on the colors you choose (not that it can't sometimes look nice, it's just a general observation I've made). Generally I would say go with more natural colors, and try and make your makeup look natural. If you have a lot on it will look like you're trying too hard, or just that you're trying to play dress up in mom's makeup. Good luck though!

I do not think it is a good idea to wear makeup at 13 y.o. RE: Foundation: Skin needs to breathe. Do not clog your pores and risk black heads and pimples when your skin is soft, and youthful. Skin problems will start soon enough RE: eyemakeup- Bonnie Bell products, and just a splash, nothing dark, keep it soft. RE: lips- conditioning lip balm with a hint of color, RE: Blush- do not wear any. Stick with the same color group of colors, ie..either all cool colors, neutrals, or warm.

At that age you don't need alot of makeup, you'll just look like you are playing dress-up.
Try a simple routine like some mascara and a pretty lip gloss.
If you are going out you can try a natural shimmer colour on your eyes for a little added glamour.
Don't try to grow up too fast !!!

I would say some mascara and lip gloss. if you really need eyeliner, use it. Dont go too dramatic. i hate it when people wear so much make up thinking they look soooo good when they look like a clown. foundation should be used a little only with acne. hope this helps. :)

I'd think more of tint instead of a full face of make up
Light colors too.
Blush,lip gloss and mascara.
I look back now at some of my pictures and I wore a lot of make up at 13 and I didn't look too good.
I'd go light

im 14 and i use a bit of concealer for acne but dont leave it on all night! make sure you wash it off or you might break out. i put only a bit of eyeliner and mascara and use eyeshadow. i have blue eyes so i tend to use bronze gold, and brown colored eyeshadows that bring out the blue in my eyes. almay eye shadow duo works great to bring out the color of your eyes. then i dab a bit of lip gloss and im good to go. two rules for makeup..
1) DO NOT USE TOO MUCH, YOU EITHER LOOK LIKE YOU ARE A CLOWN OR LIKE YOU ARE TRYING TO LOOK OLDER AND YOU DONT.
2)have confidence that you wont mess up and if you do, dont worry, just fix it.
good luck!

At 13, you don't really need makeup. Just use a little lip gloss and a very soft colored eyeshadow. Make it look natural.

dont overdo the makeup or you'll look like you came out of a horror movie. eyes are one of the most noticeable things about a person, so i suggest mascara(not too much, just make your eyelashes look curly and thick, if you put too much, you look like you have fake eyelashes), some eyeshadow (this part depends on your skin tone and the color of your eyes, since i dont know you, you will have to experiment by yourself, something that works for me most of the time is brown in different shades).
for your cheeks, add blush, a pale pink would be best because you dont want to look like you have big red pompom on your face.
i dont suggest too muchface powder because too much of it is unhealthy for your skin (your face gets oily and it clogs pores) and makes your face lose its natural glow and makes your face look slightly dusty. just use a light coating and use concealer to hide any marks you might have on your face.
for beginners, usually starting with bright red lipstick is pretty bad. red lipstick makes people notice your lips, teeth, and the area around your mouth. i suggest dark pink(not purplish pink).
that's pretty much it. i suggest experimenting with your makeup before you show others what you look like with it. you can find what suits you.
if worst comes to worst, just dont wear makeup, the simple natural look is usually the best.
