The secret is to find a job that fits your profile, the things you like and the things you are good at.
Fill out a standardized questionnaire that evaluates you. Any highschool or college will provide free access to services. You can also find them easily on the web, at any library, or at an unemployment office. You can also dig into your pocket and go to a career counselor, but you don't need to start there.
Another, more informal approach is to task a trusted friend to give you his/her assessment of your strenghts and weaknesses. You can develop this further by looking over your past at all the things you like or like to do. Just make a list and see if you discover anything about yourself.
Don't try to fit into a job, find a job that fits you.
