Try downloading CCLEANER from http://www.ccleaner.com It's a small program that deletes all temporary internet files, (cookies included), & all unnecessary craps that slows down your PC. It also cleans outdated registry issues that are often left behind after you INSTALL/UNINSTALL a program. It's free!

There are many freeware programs that will delete your temp file, cookies and such non stop. Go to cnet or download.com, do a search & then pick one that is for you windows & browser versions (if it is not freeware keep looking cuz there are many).

Did you delete cookies at the same time - if not, try it.
Also - where did you save the screen prints? Do a search of your H/Drive to try and locate them, and delete manually.
