No. I never could stand insects. They freaked me out and made me scream and cringe. Then I had children. Funny how you can suddenly stomp a bee or spider without so much as a whimper to avoid scaring your child.
Lived in a place where there was an earthquake once. Ran like the dickens out of the house. Once outside, realized that our daughter and her friend were in our daughter's bedroom, sleeping. I ran back in the house (even though I was freaked out) and yanked them out of bed.
Also, there are times when a person has to let go of someone they love to make them happy, even though they are afraid to do it. But they do it, if it's for that person's own good. Love is stronger than fear.
Who goes to church because they are afraid of God? Not me. I got to grow in the word and get fellowship, plus I love the singing. I don't know where you are coming from. God is love. And there is a holy fear that is the beginning of all wisdom. It's a fear that is born in you when you realize that there really is a God and holly cow, if He wasn't a loving God you never would of known Him. It's complicated. Get a hold of a good pastor and talk to Him about your fears.
Have a great day!

That maybe true but love is also what drives leaders, I don't fear any god neither should I fear any higher being. But love is stronger than fear in that love will create bonds that fear cannot.

In terms of human motivation, there is not stronger force than love. Yes, guilt and fear can motivate people to do many things, but love will drive humans to do things that fear and guilt cannot even begin to do.
And no, I don't go to church because I fear God...I go to church because I love God.

No. Love is deeper than fear. Love can help you overcome your deepest fear.
Even biblically, love is the greatest thing. Love is greater than faith and hope. It is Love that allow Jesus to die on the cross. Also think about a mother's love. A woman will do anything for her child if her child is in danger, that include risk her life and over coming her fear. So to answer your question, no, love is stronger than fear. Our love for God should drive us more than our fear of God.
Would you risk your life to save a leader who has oppressed you, or would you risk your life to save your mother, father, child, or love one?

You fear God only when you're afraid of him.
God is not going to hurt you if you've done somthing wrong.
He is kindhearted and generous and is the best parent.
Fear only takes us away from God...leaving us astray to get into doing more mistakes...
Love is stronger...always, it heals!
By default!

nope! Fear is the feeling that makes you act in order you to react or make you do something to something that's threatin you. In contrast love is a feelin that makes you from love your family or ppl surrounding you up to dying for someone you really love.

We are to call upon the Lord and he will be with us. He is our strength, even extra strength when we need him most.
He said "fear not I am with thee." so love is stronger than fear when you have the Lord on your side...

... well sort of ... but the reason you go to church is because you have "worship" constantly building up inside you and the only way you can get rid of it is to take it to church & give it to God ...
