I don't think she's necessarily coming on to you, although it is possible.
I have a thing for eyes, and if the opportunity presents itself (to a guy OR a girl), I will say so. It doesn't mean I want anything. I'm just paying a compliment.
Now, if she was touching your arm or something at the same time, that might be a different story....

well, the fact that she came over to you just to give you a compliment is a good sign. She obviously is interested. If she had maybe come over to compliment your body you would probably figure that she wanted to sleep with you; but because she complimented an emotional part of your face, you can guess that if something were to happen between you it would be a relationship.

Don't deal in absolutes.
She may initially want a purely physical relationship, and it turn into something more serious, or she may want a relationship, and then you guys aren't compatible.
I think the question is - what do you want out of it? She definitely made the first move. It's up to you to follow it up and see where it goes.

well my eyes are green so it would be kinda weird lol
other then that it is unknown if she just wants a fling or a relationship but hey you got past the hard part, she has interest in you, just enjoy the ride, what ever it may be.
if its a fling, have fun man, it might even turn out to be more, I almost got married to a girl that was just to be a one night hookup lol

Pay a compliment back to her.
Obviously - she's interested, or she wouldn't have bothered to talk to you. But what her intentions are ... only she knows!
A better question is ... what do you want her intentions to be?
Act according to what you hope she wants and you'll find out real quick if you two were on the same page!

I could say it was she was hitting on me or she realy thought i did have nice eyes but at least its a start to see were you go from there a hit and make love or a thank you and shes on her way i would like it 2 be the frist one not #2 cause i love my s-------------x

You just met her...So that is just a way for her to show her interest for you.It doesn't necessarily mean that she wants to f uck..She wants to know what your about first and get to know you.If all she wanted is to f uck you she would have said something else instead of giving you a compliment on your eyes.Start slow and let things happen on their own.

oh my goodness I would kill to have a random girl pay me a compliment any compliment. I don't believe that it would ever happen to me so I would figure it was a gag and keep walking, but if it was for real I would be in heaven.

I think she is interested in you and wants you to respond in a positive way such as complimenting her and then maybe go for a coffee or a movie and so on.
