How ugly? Do you need cosmetic surgery or is it just an insecurity. Ask your friends/relatives. If you need surgery, look into it. If not, maybe talk to someone. Get a makeover at a local salon, go to the department store and have the makeup artist do your makeup. Fix what you think is wrong. Start working out to get in shape. Wax unwanted hair. Get a manicure/pedicure. Take dance lessons. So many things you can do. It comes from within for the most part...

Step 1 - Stop believing that you are ugly. You're not. You may not match the typical media-driven ideal of beauty, but not many people do. And who wants to be typical anyway.
Step 2 - Start believing and carrying yourself like you are beautiful and sexy, and others will begin to see you as beautiful and sexy too.

Address the issues you think make you ugly and look at options to improve. A different hair color, clearing up your face, even giving up smoking or drinking sodas for water can change your appearance.

well first of all be concited and belive you are beautiful and that you are all that then you need to work on your wardorbe i don't what style you wanna change to so i can't really tell you any store but start off with quantiy then move on to quality and hangout with alot of boys so the other girls will be jealous you are always with them and then to be sexy don't over do on being sexy because then u will become the school slut.

physical and your spirit will show.there is no ugly and pretty

just be yourself and be comfortable! smile! if you want make up tips, read "Cindy Crawford's Basic Face" it helped me a lot! don't wear short skirts and low tops-those are slutty. wear clothes that flatter your body type. heels can always help an outfit! remember to have fun, get plenty of sleep, and drink lots of water! hope i helped!
