Roger Clemens is a smart guy, I'm sure he thought it over, but I gotta think he made the wrong decision. Rangers, Yankees, and Red Sox are all way better teams than the Astros. If i remember correctly, the astros are tied for 3rd place in the NL central with the Brewers, like 5 games behind 2nd, and 8 out of first. maybe that doesn't seem like a lot, but its a lot easier to pitch on a team that is already in first place or maybe a couple games back. Brad Lidge just isn't what he used to be. Adam Everett has fell apart, and other than Berkman, they really have no other great consistent hitters on that team.

12 point something million for about four months of work? Of course he made a good move, but only in terms of his bank account... If he was coming back to try and win another World Series, as he claimed, he definitely picked the wrong team for 2006...

I think so because what was most important to him was to be close to home and that's what he got.Even though he isn't collecting rings like he use to he is still with a good team. Also his son will hopefully get brought up this year so he might get to play with him and I'm sure that is like a dream come true for him.I think at this point he is more concerned about his family instead of his career which is great.

Yeah..who knows how good his stuff still is (I'm sure it's still better than most pitchers) and if he's in form. He hasn't pitched a live MLB game in awhile. Also he's better on a NL team since there is much better hitting in the AL. Staying in the NL just may prolong his career.

He should have stayed in the American League where they have the DH rule. He's hit too many batters in his history -- now he'll have to step up to the plate. What goes around, comes around.

Hell no. You should try to drive through Houston at rush hour.
