I'd have to Angelina Jolie, but tough choice with Scarlett Johansen as my other option. Take Alba out of there, she doesn't even compare to the other two.

Scarlett Johansen can act, but looks ok.
Angelina Jolie is great looking, even ravishing at times, but can't act to save her life.
Jessica Alba, on the other third hand I have, combines the two actresses to be, in my opinion, an actress who can act AND looks great, no matter what. So the answer is obvious. It's indeed Jessice Alba.

I predict that Angelina will win.
However, this is a very difficult question, and perhaps one of the hardest on yahoo!
I think that if you go by pure physical beauty my pick would be Jessica Alba.
My favorite of the 3 is Scarlett.

Scarlett Johansen and Jessica Alba are both GORGEOUS. I think I'd have to go with Jessica Alba because she has more curves.

Angelina Jolie takes first place. She has the lips and the breasts. I would do her and I am straight! Jessica would come in second. She is ok but too skinny. Scarlett last place.
