Yes, although you need to be responsible and change it every 4-6 hours or you can possibly get an infection. Bacteria grows in dark, wet places. If you can be responsible about it, it doesn't matter what age you wear one.
In the old days, when our parents/grandparents were young, many people believed that it was not appropriate sticking something inside of you. It was viewed as sexual or messing with your virginity. THat is just old fashioned thinking but that is how people thought back then. Some people still think that way.

Yes you can, don't let people tell you if you use one you won't be a virgin any more thats not true, but you should read the pamphlet that comes with the product there is a serious warning about toxic shock syndrome

I don't think it matters if you're under 18, maybe you could check with your gynocologist. Personally I don't recommend them because they cause TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome) and I don't know why but when I did where them I would always get a headache that went away when I took them out. ?.

Yes it is...but to play it safe if it is the first time you use it...also use a panty shield...after awhile you will get to know how you flow and it won't be necessary to use the panty sheild...but play it safe at first there is nothing more embaressing than a blood stain on your clothes....good luck
