In PA re: Megans Law, if the offender is no longer posted there does it mean they are locked up again?

The person I am questioning still has 3 more years to register

They might of moved or work in a different state and are registered there.I live in one state and was looking up PA because my mom lives there and I found someone that lived by me registered in PA but not on my states list.It makes you wonder.I think they only have to be listed in one state but they can work or live in another.Check near by other states.Good Luck.
