On an MP3 player, how do you delete songs and recordings?!?!?!? I need to know!?

I have a Sansa MP3 player and I have old recordings and songs that I don't like on it and I need to know how to delete them.

just plug it into ur computer and delete the files from the computer and it should be deleted or in the mp3 u can just click on this thing that says delete

Hook em up to the computer and then use whatever software they gave to you to access it and delete the files.
