Yes, it means she is going through puberty, make sure she uses proper hygene and showers every day and washes her face with either salycilic acid or benzyol peroxide. If it's really bad then take her to a dermatologist so she doesn't have to deal with embarrassing acne all the time.

Of course. Pimples can come at any age, but most kids start developing pimples at eleven or twelve. That is when I started getting pimples, They should clear up during your daughters later teens, but if her pimples are really bad, get Proactive. I use it, and it's amazing. If that doesnt help, go to a doctor and she or he will prescribe a medicane that should control the acne. That is only for extreme cases though.

Absolutely normal. Acne will usually start around ages 10 - 14. I think it is a common misconception that breakouts shouldn't occur that early. For that reason, many parents are retroactive in teaching their kids proper hygiene of the face and skin. We all tell our kids about the birds and bees and to brush their teeth, but my mom never sat me down and said, "Wash your face thoroughly, or it will rebel." It wasn't until I got a pimple and then was like, "Shoot. I really gotta scrub this mug."

Genetics, hygiene, diet, exercise and stress levels can all have an effect on an adolescent's breakouts, but the bottom line is 12 years old is a normal age.

I had a bunch of them at that age. If she has started her period or if she has not it doesn't matter, at that age hormones are out of control and that can cause acne. It will probably last till she is in her late teens, but it will get better at times. Go to the pharmacy and check, thye have some great treatments that may help.

yes! because when a child goes to the puberty stage, they would mature and also their sebacius gland (sory 4 the wrong spelling!) which produces oil on the face is active, so when the gland produces oil then if hes fond of going out, the dust will go to his face and form pimples, to avoid pimples, wash his/her face with water every after going out...tell him not to scratch or pierce it, it would cause a scar then there will be tiny holes when he/she grows big.....
