You should use a salt scrub daily, to keep your feet smooth. Also if you live by a beach them wet sand is suppose to be wonderful for your feet. Though if you don't live by one you could go to a toy store and they sell packs of sand. If you do that then get a little tub to put your feet in then put a little bit of sand and water into it. Let your feet soak for at least a half an Hour.

I do it by always wearing tennis shoes. sandals are not the best for all time wear. Your heels get very dry. Using one of those emery type files for feet work great after you bathe. Then using lotion. This is the only thing that works for me. It is simple too.

Never use a salt scrub daily, the skin is fragile, but use a oil based salt scrub weekly then right after your bath or shower use your favorite lotion or oil and put on thick socks, most people should get a pedicure bi-weekly.

sally hansen makes a product that is good for feet called 'healing foot creme' that has oils and vitamins in it.. otherwise there are plenty of products that are specifically made for feet.. they usually work pretty well just use it daily.. and you can buy buffer stones at stores to buff away any rough spots

I put lotion or Vaseline on my feet and put on a pair of socks. I also soak them once a week and scrub my heels. I love a good pedicure.
