There are TONS of books on this subject that you could pick-up and read. Read lots about other companies and how they have succeeded.

There are also many great schools of Entrepreneurship at Business Schools all over the world and in the U.S. Would you consider taking some classes? Also, I know that in Nashville, TN the Chamber of Commerce offers a great program to entrepreneurs all about the logistics of business strategy and planning.

Remember to plan and do everything as though you'll sell the company tomorrow, so that if there was a natural disaster you have a plan for operations, and so that if the CEO (you maybe) didn't show up one day and never came back, the company would still work.

Entrepreneur magazine is a great resource also!
