To the answerer above, Freddy Adu does not suck. I have watched him play for D.C. United and the kid has some skills. He is quick with the ball. He will be a star by the time 2010 South Africa World Cup comes around. He'll be the star of the 2014 World Cup.

He was not called up to the national team, but he would be on the USA national team.
He currently plays for the American pro team Washington D.C. United.

i think he was in original sqaud of 26 but was one of the unlucky 3 to be dropped from final 23

he was not selected to play in the Cup. he should have been though. the US could have done WAAYYY better against the Czechs if they had him
