How come I can't get the game collaps3 downloaded after I paid for the game?

Since it took too long to get the game on my computer and I wasn't able to down load the game I ended up going to buy i that same night so I would like to know how do I get my paymentback.

It is unlikely that the company you made an agreement with to download the game in return for money paid will refund you your payment, however they may offer you credits to buy another game of equal or lesser value if you explain your situation, are able to prove you paid for the game, and most importantly that you were unable to download the product you paid for. If you had contacted the company at the time of the agreement, but after discovering you were unable to download it, you would have been given an alternate source for the product you had paid for, or if they were unable to you would have had your money refunded, but since you are no longer in the market for the product you paid for it is not worthwhile persuing this course of action, so i direct you to the beginning of this answer.
