i do not agree,,, 'coz if the meteor striked.. it would hit on one place, only the dinosaurs in that place would die. even if we consider a meteor shower bombarding the earth from all directions, then how come many of the other species are still alive.. like cockroaches!
well i think that dinosaurs were crazy and had low IQ like dodo's as their brains are too small for their bodies!

well scientific evidence has pretty much proved it to me. A nuclear winter occured for sure. A certain mineral or irridium dust from the meteor found nowhere else on earth is found in the dust that covered the earth at the same certain time line in the dirt almost everywhere. This would have blocked the sunlight and killed most all light where the major impact did not effect.

i agree,a new crater was dicovered in the northwestern coast of austalia,it is 125 miles wide,they called it bedout,and believe it's the reason for the P-T extinction that occured roughly
250 million years ago {+/-4.3million years}
the great dying period when 90%marine ad 80%land life died.
