David, Atheists have the same rights as any American citizen, we are all protected by the Constitution and the laws of the land. Just because you do not believe in God does not eliminate those rights for remember our government believes in separation of church and state so laws are made for people not religions. Therefore, any political actions you take to protect Atheists rights are the same actions that you would take to protect all citizens rights.

I demand the right not to choose any one political action until it can be proved that your political action is the right course.
Real answer is just vote for people that are not religious or do not wish to convert the lost to the "real path" and refuse to swear on the bible in court. I complained to my local council about the local church ringing their bells on a sunday morning and some evenings due to noise pollution.

I wouldn't take any. They are the minority and they are always complaining about how they are offended by something or another. Well quite frankly, they offend me. If there are prayers in school atheists shouldn't say them, if they 10 commandments are outside of a courthouse, then atheists shouldn't read them, and if "In God we trust" is on our money, then atheists should work for free.
