As far as minor peeves go, when people stick their chewed up gum in random places. How hard is it to use the garbage or swallow it?

People talking on their cell phones while TRYING to drive.
I have been almost hit numerous times because they were on the phone instead of paying attention to their driving. Cell phones are great. I even have one. But anyone should pull off the road if they are going to have a conversation......

I have a couple, but its mainly what I have to do at work. Nothing out of the ordinary...I dont like to tell people more than once where they can find a certain item. Especially when they are standing right next to it. :(
