No, Cancer is generally a painless lump. burning during intercourse usually indicates an STD.

Actually cervical cancer is disease that doesn't present with symptoms..if you or your girlfriend are burning during sex both of you should have an exam for STD's..this doesn't mean you have a STD but other infections (not GC or Chlamydia) can cause burning...
