Your vision is not something I'd mess around with (i.e. don't trust that you won't go blind because some guy on Yahoo! Answers said so). Go see a doctor (preferably an eye doctor).

Get to a Doctor ASAP. It sounds like you need antibiotic drops and eyes are not something you should be fooling around with. You want to have them for the rest of your life. Next time wear goggles if you go swimming there again.

Ok, now this stuff is natural..... you know when you wake up and you wipe that stuff outta your eyes? Your eyes is cleaning itself out. So don't panic. If it was a infection, it would take longer than that, it would take at least 2 days for it to develop.

Taste it, if it is sweet then it is conjunctivitis. If it is salty then it is a sinus infection! For conjunctivitis try sulfur. For sinus infection eat broccoli.
