Mine was actually the box that the present came in...My friend wrote quotes of things that we say all the time, and decorated it heaps nice, and now I keep all of my special bits and pecies in it.

The best birthday gift I've ever gotten from a friend is time spent with them. Gift's are material things. You can always replace things, but if you ever loose a friend, you can never replace them. Believe me, many of my closest friend's are dead and I would do anything to have them back. Them, not a gift from them. They are my gift!!

I was young, about 6 or 7 and my best friend had given me a brouch. I dont like them normally but it was something that she picked out herself. She wrapped it herself and delivered it herself. She was just as proud to give it as it was to receive it. There was a lot of love in the presant.

My bgf lives in FL, I was living in TX. She flew out to visit for a week - she was even wearing a red ribbon and bow when she got off the airplane. :-)

my boyfriend made me a cake for my birthday. It was so incredible. It was his very first time baking anything...and it was for ME!!! :)
