Yes. If you have a friend or sister who lived in a college dorm, they'll tell you, most of the women have it around the same time. It's coordinated with the lunar cycle too (I can't remember whether it was new or full moon.) You find a lot of this in socialized animal herds. The females tend to synchronize.

Yes; women in a close daily environment (office, family, room-mates) will usually have a period at about the same time as who-ever-is the dominant female. Guess we're alot like animals, huh?

Yes, something to do with pheremones. This doesn't happen if they are on birth control like the pill.
