A bath with RADOX...

I think that a bath is more soothing.
You can sit in your tub for a while, read, and drink a sprite.
Even better, have a bubble bath.
Or, put lavender confetti in your tub for a calming scented feeling.
Also, you can put bath salts in the bottom of your tub that let off a scent and make your skin feel amazing.
On the other hand, if you are looking for something quick, go for a shower. Although, they aren't very soothing because there is constant water pounding all over your body.
I suggest taking a shower before your bath though, so your water doesn't get dirty in your tub.

A shower because when u take a bath ur soaking in all the crap that was all over u. Unless u take a shower first, then a bath is more soothing.

A long, hot bath followed by a shower.

Why choose one when you can have both?
