I would answer with, "Today is not a good day." In fact, anytime she asks you can give the same answer. If she ever asks for the "real" reason you always say "no", you can give it to her then. Really though, do you want to hang out with this person? Do you like her? She sounds like a user.

Well, that is tough, but mabey if you act like the bigger person and let them join you in the pool they will open up and invite you to their special gatherings. Mabey they just need a little neighborly love before they give it.

Say, "hmm... I don't know... I'm still upset that you neglected to invite us to your football party. Unless you have a reasonable explanation for leaving us out, I think the answer may be 'no' from now on!"

That's very rude. I'd say the next time she asks to use the pool: "Sorry but we've decided to limit it to our close friends so we don't have to pay so much to maintain it."

Tell her she'll have to pay to play. It's nice to share, but it sounds like she is just using you for your pool. Tell her to take a hike.

i imagine shes merely jealous cuz she is accepted with that she cant placed on warm pink and look as warm as you... Invite her over for a beer sometime,she may loosen up somewhat... I have some extra gnomes for ya,yet I aint sharin my flamingos

My young cousin who came over today is in it..and she poops everywhere in it.
If she says: So what, then strain your eyes like you're trying to hear something, then look at her with puppy eyes and say:
Sorry, I think she's calling me. Ugh, more poop to clean!
